Do art, no matter how well or badly…it feeds the soul.”  Kurt Vonnegut.

Sit and sew, create or mend, talk and share.
Come and join us to make things with heart and soul.  The four workshops explore simple stitching, dyeing with natural dyes and creating up-cycled fashion. No previous experience is required; it is about enjoying the process of simple hand work.  Some call it gentlework.
When you make the simple objects of your daily life, you surround yourself with original art.
When you make a gift; it is a gift with soul.
Start a Soul Diary, sew a prayer flag or “hope bag”, dye, remake and mend.
Or bring your own project and share the conversation.
Course materials:  bring your own stash of vintage linens, embroidery cottons and scissors or buy what you need on the night. Please bring an A4 or A5 artists diary and a HB pencil.
